There is an extremely fascinating insight into the creative practice of Darren Sylvester in the latest issue of Photofile. Alasdair Foster's interview touches on his process rather nicely and it's refreshing to see such an openness.
I like the idea of a handfull of images a year and the love that goes into each one. It reminds me - in a very much round about way as the scale is immensely different - of Gregory Crewdson's (interview | images) work.
