Under cover advertising...
I typically avoid commercial TV like the plague and cautionary glances tonight validated that quite clearly. The newest twist on product placement would seem to be dropping 'positioning statements' of show sponsors casually into dialogue. Tonight it was the relatively well known "I'm loving it" that made multiple appearances on the karoake programme on Ten. First by a judge then quickly followed by a singer. All a bit dodgy really.
