We posted/emailed the invitations, press releases and other stuff today.
It's one of those moments that always make me especially paranoid. I imagine that something is BOUND to happen to the letterbox (flood, fire, lightning, etc) so I always send out the invitations through at least 3 different stations.
Normally I'll email a few friends a few days later - those who were on the list - to make sure it got through. Not that I could do anything about it but it makes me a bit less paranoid until the opening at least.
On a bit of cheer me up side note, Elisa stumbled across It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia one night and we've since become big fans.
