Another archive site that I stumbled upon a while back but have revisited since it's 'cousin' was mentioned on Conscientious a few days ago is American Suburb X.
'These Americans' has great material from a variety of photographers and many gems. Some of the material is from the Documerica Project (1971-1977) which was sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency. It proves an interesting contrast to the FSA project (1935-44).
